John Zoetjes is the sole proprietor and president of American Architectural Window and Door, Inc. formerly known as New Jersey Window Erectors, Inc.

John has been in the industry for over 25 years where he began working as an installer on residential properties. In 1995 John began exploring the feasibility of opening his own organization specializing in the window and door replacement arena for both residential and commercial properties. In March 1996 New Jersey Window Erectors, Inc. was formed and John began the growth of the organization from a residential only replacement window company to a commercial specialist servicing the new construction, storefront and retrofit window and door arena.

John has built American Architectural Window & Door, Inc. into one of the leading window and door companies in the Northeast and earned praise for meeting customer requirements in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts and Delaware. John and his staff’s capabilities in the sales, design and installation of windows, storefronts and doors continues to satisfy the needs of several different types of properties such as multi-family residential garden style apartments to low, mid and high-rise buildings, schools, institutions, senior citizen housing, cooperatives and condominiums. We have also done several projects for a variety of state and local organizations such as NJHMFA and HUD.

John is an active member of several industry associations and committees as well as a board member of associations such as the New Jersey Apartment Association.
